Bright Platform – tools overview
We’ve recently announced our Bright Platform suite of Market Research tools and the main benefits for our existing and future customers to have everything under one hat. You can read about this here.
We bet, however, that the main topic of interest for you, as a market research professional is what’s inside the Bright Platform? With usability, innovation, and flexibility in mind, we have worked hard to develop industry-specific tools and software over the last couple of years. Let’s take a brief look at whats available:
1. Bright AGI (AI Artificial Gibberish Inspector): Tool for helping to detect gibberish content in open-end responses. 16 trained AI language models (with more to come), management panel with import/export, Forsta Surveys™ API integration, and own API endpoint for automated per-user and per-answer ranking.

2. Bright TC (Text Coder): Tool that allows text-coding of respondent open-ends. TC has automatic code suggestions based on our AGI algorithms, codebooks, and verbatim management. Multiple by type, status, coded id, and RegEx filters, import/export options, etc.

3. Bright MaxDiff MT: Tool for creating MaxDiff designs, performing MaxDiff analyses by providing design and data files – Count, Logit, Mixed Logit, and performing TURF over Mixed Logit analysis. Import/export options and API available.
Helps you to optimize your MaxDiff management by:
- Saving you time making designs with intuitive MaxDiff design interface;
- Saving you recurring fees – you only pay per survey Question that you want to analyze.

4. Diary Survey Manager: This tool is a mobile application available in Google Play Store / Apple iOS App Store. It provides reminders and a one-stop place for Forsta Surveys™ Diary Survey respondents. The application has time-based and action-based triggers that can be personalized per individual user without breaching GDPR compliance.
5. ADA Accessibility Template: This is a collection of question styles, and accessibility helpers, designated to align the regular DForsta Surveys™ survey template with the web accessibility requirements. The template follows the WCAG2 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) requirements by the W3C and is tested with AXE and WAVE web accessibility evaluation tools.
6. Audio Questions: This is a snippet for Forsta Surveys™ surveys that allows you to add audio questions to the survey. The respondent can record and hear back the recording of his answer, then submit the answer, which is automatically stored in the cloud with a link in the survey data for reference. The snippet also allows automatic transcription of the recorded text. Sentiment analysis is coming soon!
