We have worked very hard to make it easy to access our innovations in Market Research by unifying several of our tools under one hat – the Bright Platform. And we are so excited about this!
“Another platform?” someone would say. If we were creating advertising, design, or lead generation software, we would be a bit ashamed indeed. Luckily, we don’t have this platform proliferation for the Market Research industry, especially when talking about automation and highly tailored, problem-solving software. With the COVID-19 devastating blow over the entire sector, it became more important than ever to optimize, improve and automate your company processes. OK, but we already had our tools used by our clients and internally. So what a platform adds to this?

However, one of the known weak spots in organization security is internal employees’ access rights management. Also, we considered one of the biggest complaints from our clients: “We love your tools, but we need to have multiple accounts for each one of these!”. So, we just solved both of these issues! Now you have a centralized company -> user groups -> users structure for your accounts. This way, any company can easily organize its resources and keep its employees focused on the tasks, not on the logins.
Straightforward Billing and usage transparency. You can use only the resources you might need for your Market Research company as often as you need these, and you get billed on transparent statistics. This way, you simplify the estimation of the resources for your next survey project.
Improved support and shorter staging-to-production updates. We have worked hard to optimize the full support and new tool features roll-out. We already benefit from the fruits of this implementation, updating several of our platform tools in April.
