The following gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal information when you visit or use our Diary Survey Manager (DSM for short) mobile application. Who is responsible for the data collection on this app?
The data collected on the DSM app are processed by the DSM app operator whose data is available a bit later below.

How do we collect your data?
We do not collect personally identifiable information from the app itself or the app usage. We use the unique per app id for push notifications and anonymized per survey and per user ID to associate it with the push notification mechanism of the app. We may occasionally collect non-personal analytics data for the app performance and this is all the data that is ever collected.

What do we use your data for?
We don’t collect personal data through the DSM application, therefore we don’t use it for any purposes.
The IDs that we receive from our partners do not contain any user-related information. The rest of the data is managed by your survey partners, as per your agreement with them.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have full ownership of the data and in addition, you can stop the push notifications or uninstall the app at any time. Please consult with your survey partner that has guided you to the application about your agreements and survey requirements if you have any concerns or doubts about the data. You can contact us at any time using the address given in the legal notice if you have further questions about the issue of privacy and data protection. You may also, of course, file a complaint with the competent regulatory authorities if you are having concerns about your data is being used by the DSM app (Art. 77 of GDPR).

Data protection

Your personal data is protected in the light that is not required nor collected via the DSM app. Any external links from the application like survey locations are the sole responsibility of the market survey research company, that you have an agreement with. The application is and it should be perceived as an anonymous secure tunnel that gives you easy access to your surveys with your third-party partner in market research and allowing you, as a user, to get push notifications connected to your survey actions and responses.

Information, blocking, deletion

We do not collect personally identifiable data. However, if you wish to cancel any further notification from the DSM app, you can always uninstall the app or stop the push notifications for the particular app.

Opposition to promotional emails

We do not collect or process e-mail addresses or other identifiable data, therefore we do not send promotional messages via the DSM app.
